Welcome to the Community section
This is section of the site where we can pull together as a community, contribute, get information, provide information and build the section further with new ideas. We can use these pages to try and improve our lot or get answers or advice or petition against the things that are wrong in our town. The possibilities are endless so let's see where we can take it.
I want to make this website the place to go for local information in a user friendly format so just e-mail me at colette@middletonia.co.uk to place your information, news, thoughts and ideas. Likewise, email in the same way if you would like an item removed. Please see privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Increased Availability For Day & Late Night Appointments At Dr Stockton & Thompson's Practice!
Due to our ever increasing popularity, our practice list size is growing by the day. In order to ensure we are always offering our patients the best service possible, from February we will be increasing our GP appointments to offer patients more flexibility when booking their appointments. Dr Peet, our female GP will now be offering an extra session on a Monday afternoon which will change to a Tuesday afternoon from April and also an extra evening clinic on a Wednesday evening from 6:30 until 7pm. We always strive to tailor our service towards the requests from our patients and therefore have also increased our evening appointments for patients who struggle to attend the practice during working hours. Parkfield Church Anniversary Celebrations
Holy Trinity Church at Parkfield celebrates its 150th Anniversary in October next year and a week of events are being planned to run from 7th - 14th October 2012. Organisers are trying to trace any previous members of the parish that have moved away from the area in the hope that they will have photographs they are able to share (which will be returned to them) or any stories they can tell of their life and times at the church, as well as inviting them to come and join in the celebrations if they are able to.
